At UlSTU are actively conducted shows of amateur art activities, in which take part hundreds of students. Many talents were revealed in the shows-contests “Students’ Autumn” and “Students’ Spring”. In one of the best cinema and concert halls of the Volga region are often held concerts, meetings, presentation, subject-matter art exhibitions.

Students’ life - it is not only an aspiration for getting knowledge, though it’s the most important part. In Ulyanovsk and other regions are known:

An important role in keeping university traditions, memory of important events and those people who had made an important contribution to the university development play university museum and veterans’ gallery. The past, the present and the future of the university is covered in a weekly newspaper “The Universitetskaya Panorama” and in regular TV programs of the university television studios.
