Open Business School of UlSTU (OBS) – is the unique subdivision of Ulyanovsk state technical university, which works since 1993 and trains professional managers and economists according to the programs of higher and the second higher education (on the specialities “Management of organization”, “Marketing”, “Personnel anagement”, “Commerce”, “Finance and credit”, “Business accounting, analysis and audit”). Educational process in OBS is organized so, that theory is deeply intertwined with practice, which is especially valued by employers. Here there are no sessions: students take examines and tests after they had completed the subject. Form of education is internal, studies are conducted in the center of the city from 5 p.m. till 8 p.m. On graduating from university students receive a diploma of UlSTU of the state standard. Duration of education is three years. Students of UlSTU get a payment discount for more than 20%!
